Kashmire Kay is the founder and creator of Shine Suga Shine, which is a platform that supports women and girls as they transform their pain from trauma into a wellness of healing with the goal of discovering their true self.  

 

For many years, Kashmire lived in an inhibiting world of unconsciousness and toxicity. God rescued Kashmire, revealing to her who He created her to be. Kashmire's hearts desire is to encourage others to see the light that they possess within. It has become one of her most important life's work.

At Shine Suga Shine, the intention is to present a space where you will be empowered to move forward in your transformational healing journey.

Bringing together people of similar experiences, you are not to blame and you are not alone. At the core, Shine Suga Shine provides support, community, and connection for those who have experienced trauma and desire to be healed.
